Airline Components International Ltd (ACI) is a UK-based design, production, and repair organization, providing product and design excellence on time and within budget.
Since 1987 we have provided a one-stop-shop solution for design, test, manufacture and repair for CABIN, COCKPIT, and CARGO BAY INTERIOR projects.
30+ years of successful business has allowed us to build a huge back catalogue of certified aftermarket interior parts under our ACI brand, in addition to the new product lines our in-house design team of highly skilled technical engineers continue to add to support our customers from concept generation to installation
Since 2017 we have been proud to partner with and offer our ACI products through our sole global distributor Future Metals so all aircraft owners, operators and intendance organizations can benefit from our products, boosting their cabin and supply chain performance.
ACI has a wealth of experience working with international customers and offers full technical support for end users looking to accept ACI certification under local/national aviation authority processes.

Products

Design
ACI design innovative, added value products that focus on improved quality, functionality, aesthetics & cost to meet our customers specifications.
All ACI Parts are approved as design change part numbers by a UK CAA DOA Minor Change under the authority of the ACI Part 21J UK CAA Design Organization Approval (DOA Ref: UK.21J.0102).
Production
ACI offers capacity for high volume production with flexibility for low volume and bespoke items for our existing and new design products or as ‘build-to-print’ against customer or third-party data to support your needs: AOG, stocked for JIT or campaign replacement.
All ACI products are available with a UK CAA Form 1 release under the authority of ACI Part 21G UK CAA Production Organization Approval (POA Ref: UK.21G.2562).
Repair
ACI overhaul and repair any aircraft interior component, including aircraft seats, armpads, turnbuttons, trim and cabin panels cost effectively with a short turnaround.
All ACI repairs are available with a UK CAA Form 1 release under the authority of ACI Part 145 UK CAA Maintenance Organization Approval (MOA Ref: UK.145.01242).
